Not Happy
This item was good at the start. However, as time went along I could hear a little rattle inside the razor. Almost like something broke inside. Shortly after, the thing just stopped working. Nothing to do with the battery. The concept was good, but they didn't take it as far as they should have. It doesn't work good on the sides of the head. They very easily could have had a straight blade on the opposite side. Don't waste your money, unless you want to keep buying more in the future.

Perfect? Not quite. But it's the best consumer use curved clipper engineered for buzz cut today. I used to pay my barber $10 + $3 (tips) to shave my head, which is not a lot, but the in-between looks annoyed me to no end. Now with this Shortcut Clipper, I can touch-up as frequent as I need to (usually weekly). This is a Godsend for me.

Do you want a nice even hair cut? If so, this product is for you. It is so easy to use. Decent battery life. The only drawback that I have found is that due to its curved shape it is hard to cut your side burns and the areas around your ears. This is a minor inconvenience in my opinion for an otherwise great product.

I'm really unhappy with this product. Purchased it five weeks ago and it is dead as a door nail. I am really unahppy with Amazon, because although it touts a four year warranty, I can't see how I can exchange it for a working model.

This is the first time I am disgusted with Amazon. Loved the device, for a very brief time, and now am furious that I can't get it exchanged for one that works.
